Fold It! Paste It! Bag It!

On the 3rd day of Chinese New Year, we had a big event at the National Museum of Singapore, teaching young children and their parents how to make traditional paper bags that were very popular in Singapore during the 1950s to 1980s.

There were more than 4,000 participants in our workshop and many more visitors of the museums who took photos of the demonstration by our "aunty" facilitators.

All in all, it was a great workshop for all and it is a great bridge between generations as parents and grandparents indulge in some nolstagia and share their memories of the earlier years with their children/grandchildren!
